EDS and E.piphany Inc. confirm agreement that enables EDS to offer E.phinany's CRM software; Bo Manning, previously leader of Deloitte Consulting's CRM practice, joins Pivotal; Incentive Systems forms alliance with PeopleSoft.

EDS (Plano, TX) and E.piphany Inc. (San Mateo, CA) have confirmed an agreement that will enable EDS to offer E.phinany's CRM software to its clients globally.

Bo Manning has joined Pivotal Corp. (North Vancouver, BC), a developer of XML-based demand chain management solutions that deliver personalized customer experiences, as president and CEO. Manning is the former leader of Deloitte Consulting's CRM practice.

Enterprise incentive management (EIM) solutions provider Incentive Systems (Bedford, MA) has formed an alliance with PeopleSoft (Pleasanton, CA) under which Incentive Systems will develop an integration to PeopleSoft software to enable companies to maximize ROI for their CRM initiatives. The alliance was unveiled at this week's PeopleSoft Connect 2001 event.
