Crum & Forster Name Analytics, Marketing, Management Execs

The appointment follows a trend towards adding analytics leaders at specialty insurers.

Crum & Forster, which specializes in insurance coverage for businesses that carry unique risks, has announced three executive appointments at member company and specialty insurer CoverXSpecialty.

Mark St. Aoro has been named VP of the Analytics Group, a newly created role through which he will manage modeling, R&D, audits and forms. The appointment follows analytics-related hires at ACE and Zurich earlier this month. St. Aoro comes to CoverXSpecialty from Torus Insurance Company and has extensive experience in technical pricing, strategic planning, product development and coverage analysis.
