Cathaylife selects Envox for a speech-enabled CRM solution; Group 1 Software partners with iWay to offer an integrated single-customer view solution; AscendantOne partners with Align 360, ConfirmNet, Maxim and Terrace Consulting to augment existing technology.

Cathaylife (Taipei), the largest Taiwanese insurance group, has selected Envox (Westborogh, MA) 4.0 Communications Development Platform to deploy a custom-designed speech-enabled CRM solution for Cathaylife's newly established e-contact center in Taiwan.

Group 1 Software (Lanham, MD), a provider of CRM solutions and iWay Software (New York), provider of middleware, have partnered to offer an integrated solution that provides a single customer view. The solution will integrate iWay's mainframe and open systems adapter and Group 1's Enterprise Data Quality Solution.

AscendantOne (Nashua, NH), providers of rate/quote, policy and P&C specific CRM technology has formed an alliance with Align360, ConfirmNet, Maxim and Terrace Consulting. The partnerships will augment AscendantOne's browser-based front-office suite.
