IPipeline Releases Insurance CRM Platform
Exton, Pa.-based vendor iPipeline has developed a vertical CRM program, iPipeline CRM, for the insurance industry.
IPipeline CRM, which is based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, offers insurance logic and integrations with its Quotes & Illustrations, Data Services, Agency Management and iGO e-App, the company says. It will also be able to integrate with certain third-party applications.
"IPipeline is enabling the entire channel to store client records, track time-critical tasks, create marketing campaigns, save active quotes and policy records, and access dashboards and analytics in one solution,” Tim Wallace, CEO of iPipeline, says in a statement. “The bidirectional exchange of information extends across the entire channel for carriers, distributors and producers in a language they can understand. Our solution is linked to our product lines and preconfigured with captive agent and distributor workflows to deliver an immediate impact, and the ability to access iPipeline CRM from within Outlook will significantly drive adoption."
