Farmers Chooses 360Value

Los Angeles-based Farmers Insurance Group of Companies has selected 360Value, a web-based reconstruction-cost estimator designed by ISO (Jersey City, N.J.) subsidiaries Xactware and AIR Worldwide, to estimate reconstruction costs for its high-value home program.

The solution will account for material and labor costs associated with rebuilding high-value properties and will also provide Farmers with the ability to estimate current construction pricing during the existing policy renewal process. In addition, 360Value provides synergies that will be compatible with Farmer's underwriting workflow.
