Guardian Appoints Distribution Executive

New York-based Guardian Life Insurance Company of America has promoted Kevin Benjamin to VP of Career Agency Distribution. He had been a field VP in charge of the New Agency Recruiting and Integration Team.

Reporting to Don Sullivan, SVP and Head of Agency Distribution, and Park Avenue Securities, Benjamin will now lead the General Agency Regional Vice Presidents, Financial Representative Recruiting, Training and Middle Management teams.

“Kevin has contributed significantly to Guardian’s growth in terms of career development manager recruiting, new agency integration and improvement of many of our recruiting systems," Sullivan says in a statement. "In his expanded role, we expect Kevin to have an even bigger impact on building Guardian’s agency distribution system, one of the company’s great strengths.”
