Indiana Farmers Mutual Rolls Out Insuresoft for 10 Commercial Lines

The carrier plans on rolling out POS capabilities for its agents on Insuresoft later this year.

Indianapolis-based P&C carrier Indiana Farmers Mutual Insurance Company has rolled out University Park, Ill.-based Insuresoft's policy administration system for its commercial auto, garage liability, business owners, workers’ compensation, general liability, commercial property, commercial inland marine, commercial umbrella, crime and commercial package lines.

The Insuresoft system handles policy administration, billing, claims, management and statistical reporting, the companies say. The carrier plans on rolling out POS capabilities for its agents on Insuresoft later this year.

“Rolling out as many commercial lines of business at the same time as we did is no small task,” Tony Cox, process and project consultant at Indiana Farmers Mutual Insurance Company, says in a statement. “Diamond provided us with enough system flexibility to make this kind of an aggressive roll-out plan happen.”
