KCIC Releases New Version of Claims Management System

The goal of the revamp is to improve user experience.

Washington, D.C.-based KCIC, a consulting firm that specializes in litigation support and insurance-related asset and liability management, has released a new version of its claims administration system.

The system includes, according to the company:

  • A more intuitive site to further improve user experience
  • Enhanced, customizable search capabilities
  • More efficient drop-down menus, fully customized for each client
  • Document management
  • Live data reporting
  • Ability to download reports to Microsoft Excel

"This new version firmly establishes us as the industry leader in bringing 21st century technology to help clients optimally manage their claims from the time of filing through resolution, payment and billing to insurance coverage, Jonathan Terrell, president, KCIC, says in a statement.
