Korn Ferry Names New Head of North American Insurance Practice

Korn/Ferry International (New York), a global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Tom Rowe has joined the firm as a senior client partner and head of the North American insurance practice. He will be based out of the firm's New York office.

Rowe joins Korn/Ferry from Heidrick & Struggles, where he specialized in the insurance industry, with a particular focus on property/casualty-focused organizations. His executive recruiting experience includes senior-level executive relationships at leading insurance companies, where he identified talent needs and placed C-suite professionals in general management, finance, actuarial, underwriting, strategic marketing, distribution, information technology, claims and board positions.

Prior to that, Rowe was the leader of the global property and casualty practice and co-leader of the global Insurance practice of Highland Partners. Prior to that, he was a managing director in Korn/Ferry International's financial services practice. Before that, he held management positions with New York Life, Aetna Life & Casualty and Home Life Insurance Company.
