Main Street America Promotes Business Technology Head to AVP Level

Lisa Murman is responsible for planning and developing underwriting and process automation solutions.

Jacksonville, Fla.-based Main Street America Group has promoted Lisa Murman to assistant VP and director for business technology.

Murman is responsible for planning and developing underwriting and process automation solutions. She also oversees automation and system infrastructure integration of Main Street America’s profit center products and processes around agent ease of doing business. She joined Main Street America in 2002 as director of marketplace planning and development, and has also worked in product lines marketing and commercial lines product and deployment.

Main Street America also appointed three other officers to the AVP level: Chris Cox, distribution management; Deb Jansen, organizational development and training; and Ron Profaizer, integrated customer solutions operations. The company has also elected two new company officers: Nancy Palmisano and Michele Seymour, who are both assistant secretaries of the company.
