Mercer Insurance Group Picks Outline Systems for Agent Management

Pennington, N.J.-based P&C carrier Mercer Insurance Group has selected the ProducerOne system from Somerset, N.J.-based Outline Systems to manage its agents.

Services offered in ProducerOne include compliance life cycle, relationship management, performance management, compensation management and agent self-service. It integrates with existing policy and claims systems so Mercer can view any given agency's performance, according to a release from the companies.

"Outline Systems was able to demonstrate both insurance industry knowledge and flexibility in the ProducerOne system by giving us access to a proof of concept system and then making changes at our request very quickly," Jon McCloskey, manager of IT admin services for Mercer, says in a statement. "ProducerOne, combined with SecureOne, OSI's identity and entitlement management solution, will allow us to establish a single, organization wide, agent self-service portal."
