Polaris Appoints Global Head for Insurance Business

Global financial technology company Polaris Software (Chennai, India) has appointed Pranav Pasricha as Global Head of Insurance Business. Prior to joining Polaris, Pasricha was Executive General Manager - Strategy, Technology and Operations for QBE Australia. He has handled functions such as strategy, business transformation, program delivery and corporate governance.

In his new role with Polaris, Pasricha will lead the company's insurance vertical and leverage the company's Intellect SEEC framework.

"With Pranav coming on board, I am confident our growth journey in the insurance space will gain significant momentum and complement the talent of our team that already services seven of the top 10 global Insurance companies," said Arun Jain, Chairman & CEO, Polaris Software, in a press release.
