Artisan Contractors Insurance Picks Maximum Processing for General Liability

The vendor's The Stingray System will be used for policy, billing and claims, imaging and reinsurance processing.

Artisan Contractors Insurance Company (Slidell, La.) has chosen The Stingray System from Bradenton, Fla.-based Maximum Processing to administer policy, billing, claims and reinsurance for its general liability business.

Stingray is a Web-based system that provides workflow and imaging. It also includes third-party interfaces including those for credit cards, general ledger, comparative raters, CLUE, MVR, 4SightBI and bureau stat reporting, according to Maximum Processing.

"When we saw the system we were impressed with the ease of use and depth of functionality. The speed to market ability is also a critical factor for us. With point of sale capabilities, imaging, workflow and user configurability we will be able to provide a host of services to our customers and agents while improving our internal processes," Jeffrey Schaff, president of Artisan Contractors Insurance Company, says in a statement. "The Stingray System will provide us with the means to meet market demands in timeframes that were never possible before."
