Southern Farm Bureau Adds Capabilities to iPipeline Environment

The company has used the iGO e-APP for more than a year.

Jackson, Miss.-based Southern Farm Bureau Life has added a license for Illustration Integrator from Exton, Pa-based iPipeline to its existing deployment of the vendor's iGO e-App.

The insurer, which has more than 4,000 producers, has been an iPipeline client for a year. It also uses iPipeline’s Needs Analysis and Advanced Sales modules.

“The decision to select iPipeline’s Illustrations solution was based on the flexibility to incorporate our existing capabilities and output, the reuse of data, integration with iGO e-App, digital signature, and e-Submission to support the way we sell,” says Randy Johns, SVP of Policy Administration for Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance, in a statement. “Our approach continues to be focused on making it easier for our agents to do business with us and improving the policy issue experience for our clients. iPipeline’s software provides us with a level of flexibility, value and confidence that is difficult to match in the marketplace.”

"We are ‘wrapping’ Southern Farm Bureau’s current illustration calculations and output under the iPipeline Illustration user interface, integrating Illustrations with iGO, and providing valuable enhancements within one platform," says iPipeline CEO Tim Wallace in a statement. "The ability to experience a common, modern interface while leveraging current technology investments offers new efficiencies to the entire channel."
