ACE Upgrades Portal for Multinational Clients, Self-Insured First

New additions to the Worldview portal include functionality around claims.

The ACE Group has upgraded its web based information portal, ACE Worldview, to provide claims information for its clients’ multinational insurance programs with ACE.

The updated information portal includes aggregate and individual claim data such as paid losses and expenses and reserves. Brokers will be able to receive immediate direct access to Worldview without initial confirmation from clients.

ACE multinational clients and their brokers get free access to ACE Worldview. The claims information is first available to captive insurance clients, with members of other multinational insurance programs will be included over the next year.

Last year, ACE upgraded Worldview to include premium tracking, reinsurance summary, and customized premium-tracking reports.

“Providing claims information through Worldview is the most significant milestone since the portal’s launch nearly three years ago,” said Tim Benson, SVP of ACE’s Multinational Client Group, in a statement. “Together with Worldview’s existing features, including access to policy documents issued around the world, as well as status, activity and billing information for each program, clients will have the key tools they need to monitor, measure and report information on their global insurance programs with ACE.”

The ACE Group has more than 200 insurance products and operations in 53 countries. It has updated its video about Worldview to go along with the added functionality.
