St. Paul-based Minnesota Life Insurance Co.'s group insurance unit is expanding its distribution network through a partnership with All Net (Stuttgart), an international employee benefit group.

Dallas-based Healthaxis Inc. has partnered with Simsbury, CT-based Robert E. Nolan Co., a management consulting firm. The companies are partnering to deliver HIPAA-compliant business and technology solutions to their insurance customers.
