Americo Signs With CSC

Kansas City, Mo.-based Americo, a life and annuity carrier, has signed a 15-year business process outsourcing (BPO) contract with Austin, Texas-based CSC.

Under the agreement, CSC will perform back-office services for Americo such as contract administration, financial reporting and payment processing. CSC will also support an Americo custom call center. The contract represents an expansion of CSC's existing relationship with Americo, under which CSC has provided application management and production support service for existing blocks of business to the carrier for the past 16 years.
