CNA Builds Online Resource for Agents

CNA has built an online resource for its contracted agents to provide them with a "one-stop" source for the carrier's sales and learning resources to help distributors grow their book of business and remain competitive, according to a carrier source. The CNA Agent Center, accessible from CNA.com or its only workspace CNA Central, offers online training opportunities as well as the ability to market an access and customize CNA marketing materials.

Users who log on to Agent Center can visit the site's Sales and Marketing section to review, co-brand, print and e-mail CNA sales sheets, brochures, flyers and other marketing materials. The site's learning area provides a variety of materials covering the insurer's products, services and tools.
