Data Distilleries (Amsterdam), an open analytical CRM provider that has alliances with Siebel Systems, BroadVision and Accenture, will launch its expansion into North America on October 1. The operation will be based in New York City.

E.piphany (San Mateo, CA) and Cisco Systems (San Jose, CA) will extend an existing partnership by jointly developing, marketing and selling products for contact centers.

Cigna Healthcare (Philadelphia) will utilize Harte-Hanks' (San Antonio) Allink Xpert CRM database software in its prescription mail-order business.
