New York-based KPMG LLP is working with Learning Insights, Inc. (Chicago), to develop e-learning courses focusing on regulatory and compliance trends. The first series of courses will be designed to help financial services companies comply with the anti-money laundering provisions of the USA PATRIOT Act.

BCBS-SC ENROLLMENT

Columbia, SC-based BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina launched BluesEnroll One, a new enrollment service provided to employers with 50 or more employees. Developed in partnership with Benefitfocus.com (Mount Pleasant, SC), BluesEnroll One integrates secure Internet and kiosk-based employee self-service with benefit coordinator support.

INSTEC JOINS ACORD

INSTEC, a Naperville, IL-based commercial property-and-casualty insurance software provider, has joined ACORD (Pearl River, NY).

JACADA BUYS ANOTA

Jacada (Atlanta), a provider of legacy integration and extension solutions, acquired Anota, Ltd., an Israeli supplier of thin-client, Web-to-host emulation software for desktop connectivity. Anota's technology will be added to the Jacada suite of products to provide a way for companies to achieve thin-client host access.
