iPipeline Launches V7.2 of the Velocity On-Demand Platform

Improvements within Version 7.2 of the Velocity platform include a new interface, case exchange capabilities and system integrations.

iPipeline (Exton, Pa.) has launched Version 7.2 of its Velocity on-demand platform supporting the vendors seven product suites: CRM, Quoting and Illustration, Content, iGO e-App, AMS, e-Policy, and Policyholder Services. The platform is used by a network of 200 carriers, 1,200 distributors and nearly 400,000 agents, according to an iPipeline news release.

Version 7.2 of Velocity includes the deployment of a new user interface, case exchange capabilities and key system integrations, including AgencyWorks, as demanded by the vendor's network of carriers and distributors, according to Tim Wallace, CEO, iPipeline. “Enabling our network of users to work faster, smarter and more collaboratively via straight-through processing continues to deliver increased productivity for our distributors and agents with impressive placement ratio lift for our carriers," Wallace comments. "iPipeline’s vision for the industry is to better connect producers with distributors and carriers through intuitive tools that allow data capture at the point of sale. This approach eliminates redundant data entry and processing errors while enabling, instead of disrupting, the distribution channel.”

Among the most significant enhancements available within Version 7.2 of Velocity, according to iPipeline, are a new, more intuitive, user interface featuring improved navigation and workflow, dynamic alerts and statuses, graphical indicators, and consistent presentation of case information. Other improvements include the following:

• QuickAccess to Start a New Client or View All Existing Cases

• Enhanced Product and Carrier Search Capabilities

• Consistent “Look & Feel” to Improve Workflow Across All Platform Applications

• iGO e-App™ Integration with AgencyWorks’ Agency Management System

• Sharing and Transferring Feature for Cases

• Multi-Carrier Quoting/Illustrations with iGO e-App Data Integration

• iGO e-App Integration with Hannover' Automated Underwriting Decision
