iPipeline Releases Enhanced Illustration Suite

Among the new concepts and enhancements incorporated into Illustration Suite 7.1 are the expansion of Advanced Sales to 30 concepts including Split-Dollar Comparison, Term versus Permanent, and Mortgage Acceleration; and two new Needs Analysis concepts, Key Person Valuation and Pension Maximization.

iPipeline (Exton, Pa.) has released version 7.1 of its Illustration Suite powered by the COSS point-of-sale application, featuring new Needs Analysis and Advanced Sales concepts and application enhancements, according to a vendor press release.

"iPipeline's recent release of Illustration Suite has been designed to deliver greater selling power at the point of sale," comments Scott Alexander, vice president, product management, iPipeline. "This enhanced release incorporates many of our clients' requests for new Needs Analysis and Advanced Sales concepts. Today, we offer the industry's most comprehensive Illustration solution sets. Among the new concepts and enhancements incorporated into Illustration Suite 7.1 are, the vendor reports: the expansion of Advanced Sales to 30 concepts including Split-Dollar Comparison, Term versus Permanent, and Mortgage Acceleration; two new Needs Analysis concepts, Key Person Valuation and Pension Maximization, expanding the total number of Needs Analysis concepts to 15; passing of "solutions" from Needs Analysis to the Illustration module, enabling the agent to carry over results of the customer's analysis, such as future income needs, to model; expanded treatment of the pension maximization concept in Needs Analysis to easily and quickly determine how much insurance is needed to replace the "pension gamble"; improved user experience, including a single-screen entry across life and annuity product lines.
