Lincoln Financial Group Chooses Insurance Technologies' E-application Business Fulfillment Platform

Implementation of FireLight solution will provide distributors with a mobile platform that takes them "from illustration to application."

Reflecting the ongoing industry trend of investing in systems that can make an insurer "easiest with which to do business" from the standpoint of distributors and agents, Radnor, Pa.-based Lincoln Financial Group has selected Insurance Technologies' (Colorado Springs, Colo.) FireLight to automate and streamline its annuity e-application business processing. FireLight, a rules driven device-agnostic e-application business fulfillment solution, will provide Lincoln Financial Group's distribution partners a user-friendly, mobile and familiar e-application platform to enhance their sales process, according to Insurance Technologies, a provider of sales and regulatory automation solutions for the insurance and financial services industries.

"At Lincoln Financial Group, we strive to make it easier for our distribution partners to do business with us by enhancing the service experience at every critical interaction, and Insurance Technologies provides the resources to achieve this goal," said Nancy Jordan, SVP, Individual Annuity Operations, Lincoln Financial Group, in a press release. "We're excited about expanding our long-standing partnership with Insurance Technologies and offering our paper-based distribution partners an end-to-end sales solution that will take them seamlessly from illustration to application, all on a mobile platform."
