Maudsley Named UGTIC CEO
United General Title Insurance Co. (Denver), a subsidiary of First American Title Insurance Co. (Santa Ana, Calif.), appointed Ronald Maudsley president and CEO. Maudsley will oversee agency, commercial and direct operations nationwide.
New Fiserv CEO
Brookfield, Wis.-based Fiserv appointed Jeffery W. Yabuki president, CEO and a member of the board of directors. Yabuki comes to Fiserv from H&R Block, where he was EVP and COO since 2002. He succeeds Leslie M. Muma, who will continue in a consulting capacity for Fiserv until June 30.
