www.gartner.com: This site serves two major purposes: one has to do with monitoring for industry trends and developments in new technologies. The second is to identify the various vendors and their market positioning in areas of operations relevant to RLI. Gartner.com is an invaluable time saver.

www.google.com: This is the best search engine that I have found. If it is not "googled" it is most probably not out there.

www.myciti.com: This is a site aggregator for my various accounts on the Web-banks, financial institutions, airlines, hotels, e-mail, calendar, as well as a single point for news, magazines and planning tools. It has new features that are added constantly to enhance its value proposition.

www.cio.com: This site provides a good perspective of overall IT trends and practices not necessarily related to insurance. It deals with some of the pressing IT issues and has some interesting research information regarding IT leaders, their issues and challenges.
