Cathaylife (Taipei), the largest Taiwanese insurance group, has selected Envox (Westborogh, MA) 4.0 Communications Development Platform to deploy a custom-designed speech-enabled CRM solution for Cathaylife's newly established e-contact center in Taiwan.
Group 1 Software (Lanham, MD), a provider of CRM solutions and iWay Software (New York), provider of middleware, have partnered to offer an integrated solution that provides a single customer view. The solution will integrate iWay's mainframe and open systems adapter and Group 1's Enterprise Data Quality Solution.
AscendantOne (Nashua, NH), providers of rate/quote, policy and P&C specific CRM technology has formed an alliance with Align360, ConfirmNet, Maxim and Terrace Consulting. The partnerships will augment AscendantOne's browser-based front-office suite.
