Phoenix Selects CSC

Boston-based The Phoenix Companies has licensed Austin, Texas-based CSC's Customer Service Accelerator software to improve customer service for its life and annuity policyholders and the financial advisors who distribute those products.

The solution will integrate data from Phoenix's five disparate policy administration systems, giving the carrier a consolidated customer view. Using a web-enabled interface, the carrier's call center representatives and back-office users will be able to view data from the five systems on a single screen.
