We anticipate at least two major themes to come through loud and clear at the show: First — data, data, data — how to make better use of both internal and external data from BI to analytics to modeling to drive profit and growth. Second, how continued advancements in core software applications are now really making a difference in enabling operational transformation around areas such as P&C policy/billing/claims, as well as life core processing.
