New research from the National Sleep Foundation reports that one-third of people surveyed say they are losing sleep -- literally -- over the recession and related economic fallout. Meanwhile, according to a recent New York Times article, sales of Advil PM tablets are up 16 percent so far this year compared to a year ago, and sales of Tylenol PM are up 6 percent compared to last year.
