MajescoMastek Elixir Distribution Management Makes North American Debut

Standalone distribution system within MajescoMastek's flagship Elixir Suite of product allows a carrier to manage the entire distribution landscape, according to the Vendor.

MajescoMastek has launched Elixir Distribution Management (EDM) solution for North American life and annuity insurers, the latest component of its Elixir Suite of products, centered on its SOA-enabled Elixir policy administration core system. The Edison, N.J.-based vendor describes EDM as a next-generation, standalone system that allows a carrier to manage the entire distribution landscape.

Eleven global insurers in six countries, with more than 15 policies and 300,000 producers worldwide, have already successfully implemented the solution, according to a MajescoMastek source.

EDM's Producer Life Cycle Manager, Compensation Manager, Performance Manager and Producer Portal features form an end-to-end, comprehensive system that oversees diverse channels and administers producers from registration to termination, according to MajescoMastek. Describing EDM as "a single, integrated, flexible solution to all distribution challenges," the vendor says the solution's ability to design and run flexible compensation programs helps carriers align compensation plans to business strategy. EDM also helps identify top-performing producers and assure higher levels of service, MajescoMastek claims.

"This enhanced offering is an extension of our very successful Elixir Channel Management Solution," says Rad Sundar, founder/director of MajescoMastek's Mumbai-based parent company Mastek. "New customers will benefit from the company's continuous investment in research and development and best practices for the insurance community."
