"In terms of maturity, the agent portal is the most mature area on average for digital strategy," Goldberg says. Novarica's research concluded that, of the 14 common agent portal functions, the areas of greatest investment are online application submission, quick quotes, full quotes, asynchronous underwriter collaboration, and single login.
