Medavie Blue Cross (Moncton, New Brunswick), has selected the Thunderhead NOW platform from Irvine, Calif.-based Thunderhead, a provider of document automation and multi-channel communications solutions, to revamp its customer communications and improve overall customer care.
Medavie Blue Cross selected Thunderhead NOW to enhance its document assembly and letter writing capabilities in part due to the platform's modern, standards-based open architecture, according to a Thunderhead source. Thunderhead NOW enables Medavie Blue Cross to integrate with multiple databases and enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, without being locked into one system, according to the vendor. Thunderhead NOW also supports Medavie Blue Cross' bilingual requirements, including output in French as well as English.
