Millennium Information Services Teams with Fair Isaac for Predictive Analytics Tool

Property inspection service provider Millennium Information Services (Itasca, Ill.) has teamed with Fair Isaac Corporation to develop PrePredictR Score, a predictive analytics tool designed to help insurers more effectively segment property risks at the point of application for more objective and consistent underwriting and pricing decisions.

PrePredictR Score enables risk scoring during the property insurance application process. In conjunction with other available external information, PrePredictR Score helps insurers or agents make sound underwriting decisions. It enables them to offer their best pricing tiers at the point of sale while profitably growing their business, Millennium Information Services claims. The new scoring solution leverages information gathered during the application process and Fair Isaac's advanced analytics to provide early insight into the risk of loss.
