UNITRIN, CSC OUTSOURCE

Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC; Austin, Texas) entered into a seven-year contract with Unitrin Inc. (Chicago). Through its Trinity Universal Insurance Co., Unitrin has contracted CSC to provide BPO and Internet services for the carrier's Unitrin Multi Lines commercial lines segment.

IFB/IEX DEAL

The Indiana Farm Bureau (Indianapolis) selected IEX's (Richardson, Texas) TotalView workforce management solution to streamline operations and improve agent performance in its customer service contact center.

MMOH LICENSES VIPS

Medical Mutual of Ohio (Cleveland) has entered into a multiyear licensing agreement to use Towson, Md.-based business intelligence vendor ViPS' STARSentinel anti-fraud software.

GTL/IPIPELINE PACT

Guarantee Trust Life Insurance's (Glenview, Ill.) impaired risk division contracted with iPipeline (Exton, Pa.) to syndicate the carrier's insurance forms and product information to its distributors' Web sites. GTL also incorporated the vendor's Web-based forms and database software in the redesign of its Web site.

AT&T BCBS COUP

AT&T (Basking Ridge, N.J.) won a three-year, $3.6 million contract from the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association (Chicago) for integrated hosting and storage services. The program provides independent Blue Plans providers with an integrated national database of BlueCard Program participants that contract with BCBS.
