CO-OPERATIVE CONTRACT

Middlebury, VT-based Co-operative Insurance Companies has licensed AcroSoft's (Columbia, SC) Imaging and Workflow solutions for its claims department, eliminating the need to pass paper from desk to desk, claims AcroSoft.

ELECTRIC/SCENEACCESS

Electric Insurance Co. (Pittsford, NY) has chosen Scene-Access' (Pittsford, NY) P&C claims assignment management, communication and reporting system in order to digitize its claims management functions to create efficiencies within the claims processing cycle.

CENTRAL/TEALEAF PACT

Central Mutual Insurance Companies (Van Wert, OH) has signed a contract with TeaLeaf Technology (San Francisco) for use of its IntegriTea solution, a Web application management tool.

HIGHMARK/CIBER DEAL

CIBER, Inc. (Greenwood Village, CO), announced that Highmark Inc. (Pittsburgh) has signed a new outsourcing contract for its legacy warehousing systems and has extended its claims processing outsourcing contract and legacy membership system contract with CIBER through 2004.

BCBSVT EXPANDS DEAL

Boston-based Keane Inc. has been awarded a contract by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont (Berlin, VT). The new agreement expands Keane's existing relationship with the carrier to fully manage and administer its information systems and technology functions.
