Atlanta-based Georgia Casualty & Surety selected Insurity's (Hartford) Commercial Intellisys property/casualty policy processing services and software. The platform will be deployed across 11 states for workers' compensation, commercial business auto, general liability, commercial package and umbrella policies.
EAUTOCLAIMS/MM DEAL
Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Co. (Lansing, Mich) signed a two-year contract with eAutoClaims (Oldsmar, Fla.), which will provide body shops and independent appraisers to process Michigan Millers' automobile and commercial heavy equipment physical damage claims.
AEGON CHOOSES CSC
Through a member company, AEGON Group (Baltimore) agreed to license CSC's (Austin, Texas) nbAccelerator to automate and accelerate life insurance policy application submission, underwriting and issuance processes.
HARVARD PILGRIM ADDS DUCK CREEK
Harvard Pilgrim Health Care (Wellesley, Mass.) integrated Duck Creek's (Bolivar, Mo.) Example Platform rating service with its own Web interface to create Easy Online Renewal System, a free, online service that allows insurance brokers to obtain rates and renew Harvard Pilgrim's small group accounts.
