Paul Mallen Named Exec VP of Amalgamated Life

Paul Mullen has been appointed executive vice president of Amalgamated Life Insurance Company (New York). He will also serve on the Board of Directors for Alicare, Inc., an affiliate of Amalgamated Life.

Mullen joined Amalgamated Life in 2005 as a senior vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to joining the firm, he held positions at FTI Consulting and at Deloutte & Touche, where he was a merger and acquisition specialist. He has also held posts at Citibank and Global Media and Communications banking groups.
