Arrowhead Insurance Continues Legacy Modernization with ISCS
Arrowhead Insurance Group (San Diego) has expanded its implementation of ISCS (San Jose, Calif.) SurePower Innovation Policy Administration Suite to include business written by the company's Personal Auto Group, following what a joint statement describes as a rigorous selection process. The statement cites customizable architecture and proven integration capabilities as reasons for selection.
SurePower Innovation will now handle all business written by Arrowhead's Personal Auto Group, one of the company's largest divisions. The system is expected to go into production for Personal Auto in April 2011. According to the vendor, the ISCS platform enables improved efficiency by reducing the complexity of building interface architecture between the policy administration system and other downstream systems.
"Arrowhead can no longer ignore the necessity of legacy modernization or system replacement," comments Dick Hoye, CIO, Arrowhead Insurance Group. "We are looking to ISCS and SurePower Innovation to help transform our business practices into more vibrant and agile ones by reducing the cost liability and increasing our abilities to react to the market in a swift manner and achieve competitive advantages over our peers."
