OneShield Launches Customer/Employee Wiki
OneShield, a Westborough, Mass.-based developer of the the rules-based Dragon policy administration system, has launched OneShield Wiki, which the vendor describes as a collaborative community for OneShield employees and customers to share information, resources, questions and ideas.
Arguing that technology and demographic changes have made "on-demand" information, the vendor says it has built the OneShield Wiki as a comprehensive source of training materials, shared documents and resources, contact information and complete documentation on Dragon components, functionality and architecture.
"Client contributions and ideas have always been the foundation of OneShield's success," asserts Vivek Gujral, chief technology officer and co-founder of OneShield. "Collectively, the information that can be created, shared and built via the OneShield Wiki is greater than what we alone can push out. Essentially, the Wiki establishes a 24x7x365 user group which will function not only as a repository for ideas about improvements and new developments that can be made to OneShield Dragon, but also as a resource for customers who want to share ways they are using the product to proactively solve business problems in the insurance industry."
