Coverage Express supports coverage verification decisioning for insurance carriers contracting third-party claims administrators that do not have access to the carriers' internal policy management systems. Customization is offered with the service, which may be hosted by Risk Technologies or at the carrier locations. Coverage Express supports pre-determined security and access levels.
