PRODUCER CONTRACTING
CT INSURANCE SERVICES

NEW YORK--PINnacle Xchange, from CT Insurance Services, is an Internet-based application that streamlines the producer contracting and compliance process by automating workflows among the insurance carrier, its distribution network—including producers, field offices and trading partners—along with the various state departments of insurance, according to CT Insurance Services. PINnacle is fully scalable and integration-capable, says the vendor, and provides the ability to capture producer information during the initial contracting process, eliminating redundant data entry by the insurance carrier. The information that is captured is then used to populate licensing and appointment transactions and to update insurance company back-end databases.
