Scott Palmer Named Vice President, Retirement Systems at MassMutual Retirement Services

Scott Palmer has joined Springfield, Mass.-based MassMutual as vice president, retirement systems. Palmer most recently served as vice president and chief information officer for Lincoln Financial Group.
