Sentinel Security Life Adopts iPipeline iGO App-based Solution

The solution, which includes call center integration, will be used by over 13,000 insurance producers selling Sentinel Security’s final expense products in 25 states.

Sentinel Security Life (Salt Lake City) has selected iPipeline’s iGO electronic fillable form to automate and accelerate processing of the carrier’s final expense product. The solution will be used by over 13,000 insurance producers selling Sentinel Security’s New Vantage WL products in 25 states. The iGO e-application deployment includes what the vendor calls comprehensive call center integration with third-party provider Apptical.

Dave Rasmussen, CIO of Sentinel Security Life references the iPipeline solution in connection with the carrier’s goal of being a best-in-class provider of insurance products and services to both its policyholders and distributors. We are harnessing iPipeline’s best-in-class solutions and tools to make doing business with Sentinel more efficient, productive and rewarding,” Rasmussen comments. “Progressive technology is key to accomplishing our goal of offering face-to-face and iPad finger signatures, credit card processing at the point of sale, and call center integration.”

iPipeline CEO Tim Wallace says the vendor is focused on delivering a comprehensive technology platform that optimizes the use of uniform interfaces and current industry standards. “This approach eliminates issues related to workflow, legacy system integration, and other difficult-to manage IT challenges,” Wallace adds. “Sentinel Security Life’s selection of iGO will streamline and accelerate how their producers and distributors market, sell and process Final Expense products without placing a burden on their internal IT resources.”
