Online account management and billing solutions provider eDocs (Natick, MA) released its eaSuite 2.0. The new version of eaSuite has enhancements including EJB/J2EE-compliant application servers. Enhancements also have been made to components, including the core infrastructure for transforming account information, the marketing personalization engine, the electronic payment and warehousing solution for payment flexibility, and the distribution platform, claims eDocs.
