U.S. Bancorp Deploys Sircon’s Online Agent Licencing Solution

Sircon's Web-based Compliance Express system streamlines U.S. Bancorp Investments' producer licencing process, leaving agents with more time for revenue generating activities.

U.S. Bancorp (Minneapolis; $247 billion in assets) has selected Okemos-Mich.-based Sircon Corporation's Web-based Compliance Express solution to streamline its producer licensing, compliance and continuing education tracking for its nationwide network of insurance agents and brokers, according to a Sircon source.

Since U.S. Bancorp went into production with Compliance Express, the customer has expressed satisfaction with Sircon's online solution for insurance licensing, renewals and changes. "It has really helped speed the process to enable our agents to generate revenue more timely, and [leaves] less pending paperwork on the licensing specialists' desks," says Victoria Brevig, licensing and registration manager, U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc.

Compliance Express helps businesses manage compliance aspects of the producer lifecycle, automating the process of licensing, appointing, renewals, continuing education tracking, name and address changes and more for thousands of producers in multiple writing companies and in multiple states through one simplified process, according to Sircon.

Because Compliance Express is Web-based, it offers speedy round-the-clock connections to every state and many territories, the vendor claims. Sircon also offers unique, direct connections to 18 states, enabling U.S. Bancorp's transactions are to be processed and confirmed instantly, speeding time-to-revenue for its agents and brokers, according to the vendor. All transactions are billed monthly to U.S. Bancorp via a single invoice, streamlining the company's financial record-keeping process.
