Zurich Insurance Company (Zurich) has extended its global implementation of London-based Detica's NetReveal risk management platform to its general insurance business. The carrier already uses NetReveal in its life and pensions line of business.
"Detica impressed us with their ability to not only highlight fraud and criminality, but also to allow honest customers, who represent the vast majority, to speed through our business for an efficient, effective settlement," Roland Wrner, global claims head of fraud for Zurich, says in a statement.
Detica NetReveal offers traditional analytics while working to uncover hidden relationships between people and data that cannot be found using conventional detection systems, the company says in a statement. The platform also provides a single view of customers, partners and suppliers, scoring individuals and behaviors across an organizations entire portfolio of products and brands, it continues.
