SOLCORP/HI SUN PACT

EDS subsidiary SOLCORP has signed a marketing and service partner agreement with China-based Hi Sun Technology Holdings Ltd. to extend the Toronto-based vendor's reach into that country. Hi Sun will offer SOLCORP's INGENIUM clients software localization, client customization, installation, training and annual software maintenance.

BOLDFISH AT FOREFIELD

Financial planning client interaction solutions provider Forefield, Inc. (Marlboro, MA), will use BoldFish (Santa Clara, CA) technology to power its e-mail alerts and automated e-mail marketing campaigns.

RACKLEY, EPIC TEAM

Rackley Systems, Inc. (Pulaski, TN), and Epic Solutions (Mesa, AZ) have teamed up to offer integration between Rackley's multi-state commercial auto program, a part of the Rackley PolicyRater package, and Epic's ConceptOne to form a single-entry system.

AMS/LIVEVAULT

AMS Services (Windsor, CT) has joined online backup and recovery services provider LiveVault Corp.'s (Marlborough, MA) partner program. The partnership will deliver automatic server backup and data protection to AMS's AfW customers.

SCAPA JOINS RATIONAL

Edinburgh, Scotland-based Scapa Technologies has joined the Rational Software's (New York) Rational Business Alliance Program. Scapa will integrate its StressTest for Citrix (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) MetaFrame with Rational Suite TestStudio and Rational Visual Test.
