The world of technology can sometimes make you a little crazy - full of regret for all the systems that never quite worked as promised, wishing you could do it all over with the benefit of hindsight. I find that the only way to stay sane is to look for a good laugh, which brings me to my current favorite movie, "Napoleon Dynamite."

"Million Dollar Baby" features incredible acting and a haunting plot; it will leave you thinking about it for days. "Napoleon Dynamite" has none of these. But if you have a strange enough sense of humor, "Napoleon" can help put all those troubled IT implementations into perspective.

"Napoleon" also has the additional benefit that if you are as far over the hill as I am, knowing a few lines of dialogue can make you instantly cool (OK, not cool, but at least mystifying) to all those new people coming into the workforce.
