EDocs, (Natick, MA), an online account management and e-billing solutions provider, has announced the availability of eaCare, a platform that enables customer self-service. With eaCare, companies can deliver expanded B2B and B2C self-service functionality, according to eDocs. The solution incorporates new user interface technology that provides self-service access to all account-related information—whether it is transactional detail found in the billing or statement production system, or unstructured data in HTML or PDF formats found on a Web site or in other repositories.
New York-based G2X, Inc., released version 1.5 of Agility:Insurance, a Web-based relationship management and new business processing application for life insurance companies. Agility:Insurance is an n-tier Web application, providing users with centralized access to information from multiple administration systems, including licensing, contracting, state appointments, commissions and underwriting. With Agility:Insurance's modular design, G2X says, customers can add functionality incrementally, ensuring that they only pay for the features that they require.
AMC Technology (Richmond, VA), a provider of multi-channel communication technology for contact centers, has released Intelligent Routing Module for mySAP Customer Relationship Management. The Intelligent Routing Module, an extension to AMC's Multi-Channel Management Suite, is a multi-channel, vendor-neutral routing interface and engine that leverages data from across the enterprise to route contacts to the appropriate agent based on real-time statistics, customer-stored data or company-defined business rules, claims AMC. It can operate as a broker or communication between existing routing engines and the SAP system, or it can be its own engine with a full range of routing functionality to handle all communication channels.
