UnumProvident Corp. (Chattanooga, Tenn.) will use Pathlore Software Corp.'s (Columbus, Ohio) Web-based learning-management system to train 4,000 underwriters, sales executives, IT staff and field service workers.

Evolution Benefits Inc. (Avon, Conn.) and MyHealthBank (Portland, Ore.) will combine the Evolution Benefits Benny Card, a special purpose MasterCard card, with MyHealthBank Finance, a Web-based financial services system. Benny Card transactions can now be tracked within MyHealthBank Finance.
